Rabri:

Ingredients
Milk 3 liter
Sugar 100 gm
Cardamom, Nutmeg & Mace powder a pinch
Pistachio sliced to garnish



Method
1. Bring 3 liters milk to a boil in a deep heavy pan.
2. Allow to boil for 1 hour .While the milk is boiling slowly keep stirring to avoid burning and let the cream thicken at the edge of the pan.
3. Lastly when thick add 100 gm sugar a pinch of cardamom, nutmeg and mace powder
4. Garnish with 1 tbsp sliced pistachio and serve.
