Hunter mushroom brochette:
Ingredients
Hunter beef shredded 1 cup
Mushroom 6 sliced
Onion 1 chopped
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cream cheese ½ cup
French loaf 1 cut into thick slices
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp

Method
Cut bread into ½ inch thick slices, brush with pizza sauce, and bake for 10 minutes, top with prepared filling and pipe a swirl of cream cheese garnish with coriander leaves, glazed cherries or pineapple cubes.
Method for filling
Heat 2 tbsp oil add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, cook for 2 minutes, add sliced mushroom and hunter beef, add salt, pepper, oregano mix well remove from heat.
