Double chocolate ice cream

Double chocolate ice cream


Ingredients
  • Evaporated milk chilled 1 tin
  • Condensed milk chilled 1 tin
  • Eggs 2 separated
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Chocolate sauce ½ cup
  • Chocolate essence ½ tsp
  • White chocolate chips ¼ cup
  • Dark chocolate chips ¼ cup
  • Icing sugar 1 ounce
Method
  • Separate eggs, beat yolks with icing sugar till thick, beat white stiff, keep aside. Beat chilled evaporated milk till double in volume, fold in essence, condensed milk, egg yolk mixture and beat for 2 minutes, lastly fold in whipped cream, chocolate sauce, egg whites put in an air tight container, freeze for 8 hours, fold in chocolate chips. Freeze till firm.

Ingredients
  • Frozen strawberry 1 cup
  • Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
  • Strawberry essence 2 to 3 drops
Method
  • Blend altogether serves immediately,

Blue Colada With a Twist 


Ingredients
  • Pineapples ½ cup
  • Coconut Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla Ice cream 4 scoops
  • Fresh Coconut Malai 1 cup
  • Pineapple Juice 1 ½ cup
  • Crushed Ice 1 cup
  • Vanilla Ice creams 4 scoops
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Blue Color few drops
Method
  • Put all together in blender and blend, serve garnish with pineapple and cherries.

  • Drinking chocolate 3 tbsp
  • Instant coffee 1 ½ tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Black cookies crushed 6 to 8
Method
  • Blend altogether.

Fudgy Ice Cream Trifle


Ingredients
  • Brownies 4 cut into small pieces
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Oreo cookies crushed 1 cup
  • Chocolate sauce 1 cup
Method
  • Put brownies in a serving dish, spread with ice cream, thin layer of chocolate sauce, sprinkle with crushed oreo biscuit, freeze until firm, serve chilled

Punjabi piyala malai kulfi


Ingredients for kulfi
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Bread sliced 2
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Khoya ½ cup
  • Pistachio sliced 1 tbsp
  • Pistachio essence ¼ tsp
Method for kulfi
  • Cook milk till reduced to quarter, add sugar, cook for 10 minutes till sugar water dries, add bread slices and cook, when thick add Khoya and essence, remove, cool and blend, add sliced pistachio, fill in kulfi mould and freeze.
Ingredients for falooda
  • Corn flour 1 cup heaped
  • Water 2 cups
  • Kewra 1 tsp
Method
  • Mix all together in a pan, cook stirring till it leaves the pan, put in falooda machine, take out ice chilled water.
To serve
  • In a piyala add crushed ice, falooda, prepared malai, kulfi cut in slices drizzle with lal sharbat, tukh malinga, and pistachio sliced.
Ingredients for malai
  • Milk ½ kg
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp heaped
  • Khoya 2 tbsp
Method
  • Cook altogether till thick, remove, cool and use

Mocha Latte Chill


Ingredients
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • Coffee 3 tsp
  • Chocolate syrup ½ cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
Method
  • Coffee and cool, put it in the blender with chocolate syrup, ice cream and half cup whipped cream, blend, serve garnished with swirls of whipped cream.

Peshawari Ice Cream

Peshawari Ice Cream


Ingredients
  • Basic icing mixture
  • Milk 1 ¼ kg
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Fresh cream 12 ounces
Method
  • Cook milk till 1 boils come add in fresh cream stirring all the time till once again boil comes, close fire immediately, add in sugar, stir till fully dissolves, strain the cook mixture through a fine sieve and cool completely, add in it vanilla essence 1 tsp, put the mixture in the icing machine and run for at least 35 to 40 minutes till mixture sets, serve with rooh afza.

Pista ice cream
 
Method
  • To the basic mixture add 1 tsp vanilla essence, few drops of green food color and 1.2 cup coarsely grinded pistachio nuts and set in ice cream machine.
