Gulab ka sharbat By Chef Shireen anwer


Gulab ka sharbat:

Ingredients
Sugar 750 gm
Water 1-1/2 cup
Arq-e-gulab 1 cup
Red color a pinch

Method
1. Mix sugar and water together in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes till slightly thick and syrupy
2. Remove from the stove. Add arq-e-gulab and red color.
3. Mix well and allow to cool
4. Pour into sterilized bottles.
