Laapsi


Laapsi:

Ingredients:

Porridge 250 grams
Jaggery 250 grams
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 piece
Small cardamom 3
Clarified butter 125 grams



Method:
1. In 250 grams jiggery, add 2 cups of water and cook.
2. Heat 125 grams of clarified butter and add 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 piece of cinnamon and 3 small cardamom and fry well.
3. Add 250 grams of porridge and fry.
4. When the aroma arises, add jaggery water and cook till the porridge tenders.
