Lite choc chip cookies:
Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg white
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir together sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, vanilla essence, and egg white until smooth. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the batter until moistened. Mix in chocolate chips last. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated
