Fry Qeema:
Ingredients
Beef mince ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 .½ tbsp
Chili powder 2 ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
Coriander seed (crushed) 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes 3 chop
Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 4
Ginger (sliced) 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
Coriander seed (crushed) 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes 3 chop
Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 4
Ginger (sliced) 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion till light golden.
2. Add ginger garlic paste with mince, salt and fry well. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till the meat is half done.
3. Now add tomatoes with all the above seasonings. Fry well till the meat is thoroughly cooked and the oil forms a layer on top
4. . Lastly add all the spices, chopped greens and sliced ginger.serve hot.
