Apple strudel :
Ingredients
Apples 2 peeled and cut into thin slices
Sugar ½ cup
Raisins 2 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Method for filling
1. In a bowl mix the 2 sliced apples along with 1/2cup sugar,2tbsp raisins, 3tbsp butter and 1/2tsp cinnamon powder. Keep aside.
2. Cut little part from prepared dough, roll into medium sized rectangle
3. Put prepared apple mixture on one side, brush one side with egg, roll the dough along the apples like Swiss roll, put in a greased tray
4. Glaze the top with a beaten egg, and put light marks with a knife.
5. Bake on 225 degree till light golden about 20 minutes.
