Anday ki curry

Anday ki curry


Ingredients
  • Boiled eggs 6
  • Potatoes 2 peeled and boiled till half done
  • Onion brown and grinded 3 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp roasted and grinded
  • Peanuts 1 tsp roasted and grinded
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushed ½ tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil add baghar ingredients, sauté for 2 minutes, add garlic with dry seasonings, tomato puree, brown onion, all roasted and grinded masala, add 1 cup water for gravy, coo for 10 minutes, add potatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes till potatoes tender, add boiled eggs serve garnish with coriander leaves
