Tikka shashlik:
Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
Capsicum 2 cut in square
Onion 2 cut in square
Tomato 2 cut in square
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup hung for 15 minutes
Cream 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp grated
Oil ¼ cup
Egg 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped as required
Green chilies finely chopped as required
Chat Masala (to sprinkle) as required
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup hung for 15 minutes
Cream 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp grated
Oil ¼ cup
Egg 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped as required
Green chilies finely chopped as required
Chat Masala (to sprinkle) as required
Method
Marinate chicken pieces with Vinegar 2 tbsp, Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp, Yogurt ½ cup hung for 15 minutes, Cream 2 tbsp, Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp grated, Egg 1, Corn flour 1 tbsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, for 30 minutes, arrange chicken pieces with the vegetables cubes on wooden skewers, cooks skewers in a grill pan with ¼ cup oil till done, give dum of coal serve sprinkled with chat masala, coriander leaves and green chilies.
