Lasagna corn carne

Lasagna corn carne:

Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Salsa 1 cup
Kidney beans 1 cup boiled
Cream style corn 1 can
Onion ½ cup chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Mixed herb 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Tomato puree ½ cup
Ketchup ½ cup
Lasagna noodles boiled 8
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Grated mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup

Method
Heat oil add chopped onion with ginger garlic paste and beef mince, cook until beef water dries add salsa, ketchup, tomato puree, beans, capsicum, cream style corn, salt, crushed red pepper and mixed herbs, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

To assemble
Spread a layer of prepared meat sauce in a Pyrex dish top with 4 strips of lasagna noodles boiled, repeat layer once again, top with cheese, cover and bake for 30 minutes until done. Serve immediately.
