Gajar ka Halwa:
Ingredients
2 kg carrot
2 silver warq
6 small cardamoms
1 cup clarified butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk powder
50 grams almonds
50 grams pistachios
250 grams khoya
Method
•Wash 2 kg carrots and grate them.
•In a wok, heat 1 cup clarified butter and stir carrots well.
•Add 1 cup sugar, 50 grams almonds, 50 grams pistachios, 6 small cardamoms, 250 grams khoya and 1 cup milk powder and mix properly.
•Lastly, dish out and garnish 2 silver warqs and serve.
