Tandoori Anday aur Zafran ka Halwa


Ingredients
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Eggs 5
  • Powdered milk ½ cup
  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Almonds blanched and grinded ½ cup
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Boiling water 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat 1 cup milk add sugar, cook till dissolved, cool. Blend remaining 1 cup milk with almonds, mix in the beaten eggs, sweetens milk, butter, dried milk, almonds paste, saffron, yellow color, blend all well, pour the mixture into a tray, sprinkle with almonds and pistachio, bake on 180 degree C for 30 minutes till light golden, serve warm or cold.
