Mince Dahi Baray

Mince Dahi Baray
 

Ingredients
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp heaped
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 cups
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds roasted and rushed ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
Method
  • Knead mince and bread crumbs together, add chili powder, salt, turmeric, allspice, ginger garlic, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix well, make into flat kababs, shallow fry in oil till light golden. Remove. Beat yogurt with salt to taste, arrange kabab on a serving dish, cover with beaten yogurt, and garnish with crushed red pepper, crushed cumin and coriander leaves.
