Saada Cake

Saada Cake


Ingredients
  • Butter 8 ounces
  • Sugar 8 ounces
  • Flour 8 ounces
  • Eggs 4
  • Baking powder 2 tsp heaped
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Yellow color few drops
Method
  • Sieve together flour and baking powder and keep aside. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy add vanilla essence, start adding your eggs one by one alternating with sieved mixture of flour and baking powder 1 tbsp at a time, lastly add fold in the remaining flour with milk and yellow color, pour mixture into well greased loaf tin or into paper lined muffin tray, bake in a pre heated oven on no. 4 or 180 degree C for 35 minutes, remove, cool and serve.
