Lagan Kay Koftay
 

Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp grinded
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp heaped
  • Raw onion 2 chopped
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate mince for salt and raw papaya for 30 minutes, grind together onion, coriander, mint, green chilies, mix in the mince along with grinded brown onion, lemon juice, roasted gram flour, mix all well, make kofta, spread in a greased lagan and cook for 15 minutes, add in oil ¼ cup, beat yogurt with a pinch of salt and pour over the kofta on lagan, garnish with chopped greens, give dum of coal.
