Sweet and Sour Cocktail Balls

Ingredients
  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onion 2 large chopped
  • Green chilies 3
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 2 large
  • Bread slices 2 large
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Method
  • Put all together in chopper and chopperized together well, make balls and deep fry. Insert tooth picks on each meat ball, toss in sauce and serve.
Ingredients for sauce
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pineapple juice ½ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp
Method for sauce
  • Heat butter fry crushed garlic, add all the ingredients, cook till thick, place the balls in platter and pour the sauce over meat ball, serve garnish with parsley.
