Recipe Of Lucknowi kabab:
Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp roasted and brown
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp roasted and brown
All spice 1 tsp heaped
Gram flour 2 tbsp roasted
Yogurt thick 1 tbsp
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Onion 1 ground
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp roasted
Yogurt thick 1 tbsp
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Onion 1 ground
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Marinate the mince with raw papaya, roasted and ground coriander and cumin seeds, all spice powder, yogurt, roasted gram flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, grounded onion and green chilies
2. Mix together and grind once again in a food processor , leave it for 1 hour
3. Shape into flat tikkis and shallow fry
4. Serve hot. :)
