FROZEN PARATHA


                       




Frozen paratha

Ingredients
Flour ½ kg
Sugar 2 tbsp heaped
Ghee 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1 tsp
Master puff 4 ounces to coat

Method
In a bowl knead together, flour, sugar, salt, ghee, instant yeast with Luke warm water into a medium dough, leave covered for 30 minutes, make into balls, roll into ¼ plate size, spread with master puff, again form into ball, keep in between plastic sheets and freeze, use as required.
