Pasta in Marinara Sauce by Chef zranak


Pasta in Marinara Sauce:


Ingredients

Pasta boiled 2 cups
Tomatoes, chopped 2 cups
Tomato paste ¾ cup
Parsley chopped 4 tbsp
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Dried oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ground 1/4 tsp
Olive oil 6 tbsp
Onion finely diced 1/3 cup

Method

In a blender put tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. In a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the blended tomato sauce and Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over pasta and serve.
