London Fish 'N' Chips

London Fish 'N' Chips
 

Ingredients:
  • Fish fillets ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients for batter:
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chilled water 1 cup
Method:
  • Marinate fish with salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice for 15 minutes.Dip fish in batter and deep fry in frying pan for 10 minutes till light golden and crisp.Serve with fries and ketchup.
