Hash browns

Hash browns
 

Ingredients
  • Potatoes 4 peeled and grated
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 1 tbsp heaped
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder ¼ tsp
  • Spring onion 1 finely chopped
Method
  • In a bowl mix Potatoes 4 peeled and grated, Egg 1, Flour 1 tbsp heaped, Salt ½ tsp, Black pepper ½ tsp, Garlic powder ¼ tsp, Spring onion 1 finely chopped, grease fry pan with very little oil put 2 tbsp heaped mixture flatten it with a back of a spoon, cook on low flame for 2 minutes, turn and cook the second slice, cook till light golden and potatoes tender.
