Peshawari Ice Cream

Peshawari Ice Cream


Ingredients
  • Basic icing mixture
  • Milk 1 ¼ kg
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Fresh cream 12 ounces
Method
  • Cook milk till 1 boils come add in fresh cream stirring all the time till once again boil comes, close fire immediately, add in sugar, stir till fully dissolves, strain the cook mixture through a fine sieve and cool completely, add in it vanilla essence 1 tsp, put the mixture in the icing machine and run for at least 35 to 40 minutes till mixture sets, serve with rooh afza.

Method
  • To the basic mixture add 1 tsp vanilla essence, few drops of green food color and 1.2 cup coarsely grinded pistachio nuts and set in ice cream machine.
