Gosht saag wala
 

Ingredients
  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Kasori methi 2 tsp
  • Spinach ½ kg washed and chopped
  • Green chilies 6
  • Tomato 1
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 10
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
Method
  • Put chopped spinach with green chilies, coriander, mint, fenugreek leaves and tomatoes and blanched for 5 minutes then blend, heat oil in a pan add brown onion, ginger garlic paste, mutton and all the dry seasonings, fry well, add yogurt, fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton nearly tender, add your blended spinach mixture, cover again and cook till done, lastly add milk and kasori methi, fry well and remove.
