Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 whole give cuts
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
  • Allspice 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
  • Mace grinded ¼ tsp
  • White cardamom grinded ½ tsp
Method
  • Wash chicken, give cuts, marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 4 hours, steam for 30 minutes, and fry in half cup oil until done.
