Loki ka halwa
Ingredients
- Locki grated 1 ½ kg
- Ghee 1 cup
- Green cardamom grinded 1 tsp
- Khoya 250 gm
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Yellow color 1/8 tsp mix in 2 tbsp water
- Almonds and pistachio sliced as required
Method
- Heat ghee fry grated loki for about 10 minutes. Add sugar with yellow color and fry for another 5 minutes add khoya and cardamom powder, cook for 10 minutes, remove from fire, lastly add sliced almonds and pistachio.
