Loki ka halwa

Loki ka halwa


Ingredients
  • Locki grated 1 ½ kg
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Green cardamom grinded 1 tsp
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Yellow color 1/8 tsp mix in 2 tbsp water
  • Almonds and pistachio sliced as required
Method
  • Heat ghee fry grated loki for about 10 minutes. Add sugar with yellow color and fry for another 5 minutes add khoya and cardamom powder, cook for 10 minutes, remove from fire, lastly add sliced almonds and pistachio.
