Tandoori Anday aur Zafran ka Halwa
Ingredients
- Milk 2 cups
- Eggs 5
- Powdered milk ½ cup
- Butter 4 ounces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Yellow color pinch
- Almonds blanched and grinded ½ cup
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Boiling water 2 tbsp
- Heat 1 cup milk add sugar, cook till dissolved, cool. Blend remaining 1 cup milk with almonds, mix in the beaten eggs, sweetens milk, butter, dried milk, almonds paste, saffron, yellow color, blend all well, pour the mixture into a tray, sprinkle with almonds and pistachio, bake on 180 degree C for 30 minutes till light golden, serve warm or cold.
