Mixed Vegetable Raita
Ingredients
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Cucumber diced 3 tbsp
- Onion 1 small diced
- Potatoes 1 small boiled and cubed
- Tomato 1 cut in tiny cubes
- Green chili 1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
- Salt ½ tsp
Method
- Beat yogurt with chili powder and salt, add all the vegetables, mix well, serve chilled.
