Green Onion Rice
Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg cut into tiny cubes
- Rice ½ kg boiled with 1 tbsp salt
- Spring onion 200 gm chopped
- Ketchup 5 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Surri green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- Heat oil fry spring onion leaves for 2 minutes and remove, in the same oil fry chicken when tender, add in all the seasonings, cook for 10 minutes, keep aside.
To serve
- Heat 2 tbsp oil add boiled rice, top with prepared chicken gravy, fried spring onion, leave it on dum for 5 minutes, mix and serve.
