Green Onion Rice

Green Onion Rice

Ingredients
  • Chicken ½ kg cut into tiny cubes
  • Rice ½ kg boiled with 1 tbsp salt
  • Spring onion 200 gm chopped
  • Ketchup 5 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Surri green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil fry spring onion leaves for 2 minutes and remove, in the same oil fry chicken when tender, add in all the seasonings, cook for 10 minutes, keep aside.
To serve
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil add boiled rice, top with prepared chicken gravy, fried spring onion, leave it on dum for 5 minutes, mix and serve.
