Karhai Qeema
Ingredients
- Mince ½ kg kuta hua
- Onion 1 large
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 4 sliced
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Roasted an crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 6
- Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
- Heat oil fry onion light golden, add in ginger garlic paste, fry add mince with salt, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mince half done, then add finely chopped tomatoes with all the seasonings, cover and cook till mince tender, lastly add ginger julienne, coriander leaves, green chilies and leave it on dum, serve with nan.
