Aalu ki Qatli Hary Dhanya Wale
Ingredients
- Potatoes ½ kg sliced into rounds
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped ½ bunch
- Green chilies 6 chopped
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Heat oil, add potatoes sliced, fry for 5 minutes, add in garlic, turmeric and salt, fry for 5 minutes, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till potatoes nearly done, open up add green chilies, coriander leaves, cover and cook till potatoes tender and oil comes on top.
