Capsicum and Chanay ki Daal
Ingredients
- Capsicum 2 cut in cubes
- Boiled chana daal 1 ½ cup
- Onion 3 sliced
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Heat oil fry onion light golden, remove half onion. In the remaining onion add above all the seasonings and fry, add capsicum with little water, cook for 5 minutes add daal, beaten curd, leftover fried onion, and leave it on dum.
