Capsicum and Chanay ki Daal


Ingredients
  • Capsicum 2 cut in cubes
  • Boiled chana daal 1 ½ cup
  • Onion 3 sliced
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
Method
  • Heat oil fry onion light golden, remove half onion. In the remaining onion add above all the seasonings and fry, add capsicum with little water, cook for 5 minutes add daal, beaten curd, leftover fried onion, and leave it on dum.
