Handi Palak Methi Gosht
Ingredients
- Mutton cut into small pieces ½ kg
- Spinach 1 small bunch chopped
- Fenugreek leaves dried 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Mix mutton, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, 1 cup of water in a handi, let it cook until tender, ad oil and fry till oil comes on top, add in finely chopped spinach, cook until well mixed, add fenugreek leaves, lastly add your and cream, cook till mixtures smooth and thick.
