Baked mince rice

Baked mince rice


Ingredients
  • Rice ½ kg boiled
  • Mince 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6 grinded
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp grinded
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree ¼ cup
  • Ketchup ¼ cup
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp heaped
  • Spring onion finely chopped 1 cup
  • Fries fried 1 cup
  • Boiled eggs 2 sliced
  • Blended tomatoes 2
Method
  • Cook mince with blended tomatoes, ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, grinded green chilies and coriander leaves and 1 cup water, cover and cook until done, give dum of coal. Take a baking dish spread with half rice, cover with mince, desiccated coconut, spring onion, tomato puree, fries, boiled eggs slices, remaining rice, cover and bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
