Chinnoti kunna

Chinnoti kunna


Ingredients
  • Mutton 1 ½ kg big pieces
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Chili powder 3 tsp heaped
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp heaped
  • Onion 1 large sliced
  • Black cumin ¾ tsp
  • Wheat flour ½ cup mixed into a thin paste with 1 cup water
Method
  • In a matka put ginger garlic, mixed with water, add ghee, mutton, chili powder, coriander, salt, turmeric and sliced onion, cook cover till its water dries, then fry well, add 3 cups water for mutton to get tender, add wheat flour paste, stirring all the time, lastly add crushed black cumin, cook till oil comes on top.
