Chand Taara Pulao
Ingredients
- Mince 250 gm
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Brown onion ½ cup
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Marinate mince with yogurt. Ginger garlic, salt, chili powder, half brown onion, allspice, oil, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spread in a pan and leave it for half an hour.
- Rice ½ kg
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 2 sticks
- White cardamom 4
- Milk ½ cup
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Yellow color pinch
- Boil water add whole spices, salt, boil rice till half done, drain.
- Mince 300 gm
- Onion 1 chopped
- Green chilies 2 chopped
- Egg white 1
- Boiled egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Papaya 1 tsp
- Roasted gram 1 tbsp
- Mix the mince with onion, salt, green masala, ginger, papaya, egg white, grind well in chopper, add roasted gram grinded, marinate for half an hour, make into small kababs and shallow fry.
- Spread mince mixture in a pan top with boiled rice, remaining brown onion, ¼ cup ghee, mix spices, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sprinkle milk, dissolve in saffron, put on dum for 5 minutes, lower flame and cook for another 15 minute, in a dish first spread rice, then fried kababs, then rice, decorate with boiled egg and kababs.
