Baked Vermicelli Pudding
Ingredients
- Siwayan ½ cup
- Butter 2 ounces
- Milk 2 ½ cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Eggs 3
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Almonds and pistachio ¼ cup
Method
- Heat milk add siwayan with sugar, cook for 10 minutes and remove, add in butter and beaten eggs, green cardamoms, put in a dish, top with almonds and pistachio, bake on 180 degree for 25 to 30 minutes.
