Easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins

These are just as easy and quick as the 

Easy Chocolate Muffins.

Just two ingredients!

 Uncle Duncie's Spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin.

 nothing else!

 OK, I cheated and added a few mini chocolate chips

 at the end just to try it.

 You could add raisins if that's your thing.

I always have a jar of these minis in the pantry.

 Scoop the batter into a paper-lined or 

well sprayed muffin pan. It's a stiff batter.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

These are fast to make if you ever have a

muffin emergency...and who hasn't had one

of those!

Easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins

1 box Spice Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)

1 (15oz) can pumpkin

Mix well and scoop into lined muffin pan.

Bake for 20 minutes @400.

Can add chocolate chips

Nothing to it!
