Kukupaka
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
- Ginger garlic 1 ½ tsp
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
- Raw onion grinded 1
- Red chilies garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Boil chicken in 1 cup water with ginger garlic paste, keep aside. Heat oil ½ cup add grinded onion, fry for 5 minutes. Put coconut milk in a pan with green and red chili garlic sauce, coriander powder, salt, cumin and cook till thick, add boiled chicken with turmeric, lastly add brown onion, cook till thick. Remove.
