Chicken crumb roll


Ingredients for roll
  • Flour 1 ½ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water as required to make batter
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs 2
Ingredients for filling
  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Oil spice ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chat masala ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves and green chilies chopped
Method for mince
  • Heat oil fry chopped onion till soft, add mince with ginger garlic, salt and black pepper, cover and cook on low flame, till mince tender, add in allspice, chat masala, chopped coriander and green chilies.
Method for roll
  • Mix together flour, salt and egg, make into a thin batter using water as required, make into thin pan cakes, fill with chicken filling, roll tightly, dip in beaten eggs, roll in bread crumbs, shallow fry golden brown.
