Achaari haryali mutton


Ingredients
  • Mutton ½ kg par boiled
  • Green chilies 2 thinly sliced
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp coarsely crushed
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp coarsely crushed
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp coarsely crushed
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp coarsely crushed
Ingredients for onion paste
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 8
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Ingredients for baghar
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves 15
Method
  • Heat oil add green chilies and coarsely crushed spices, fry for 2 minutes, add grinded onion paste, cook for 5 minutes add par boiled mutton, cook for 10 minutes, add salt, coriander, allspice, ½ cup water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes the open, add yogurt grinded with grinded coriander leaves paste, stirring continuously till thick gravy left, lastly give baghar.
