Rose Kheer

Rose Kheer


Ingredients
  • Milk 2 liter
  • Rice ½ cup boiled and mashed
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Almonds and pistachio ½ cup
  • White rose essence ½ tsp heaped
  • Yellow color ¼ tsp
  • Khoya ½ cup
Method
  • Cook milk add in boiled and mashed rice, cook for 10 minutes, add sugar, cook for another 15 minutes, add Khoya, yellow color, lastly add rose essence, almonds and pistachio, remove, serve chilled.
