Dahi koftay

Dahi koftay
 

Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Papaya grinded 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Allspice 1 tsp
Ingredients for topping
  • Yogurt whipped 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate mince with salt, papaya, chili powder, ginger garlic, gram flour, lemon juice, coriander leaves, green chilies, chopped onion and allspice. Shape into koftas and pan fry. Remove in a serving dish, pour topping over the kababs, give dum of coal and serve.
