Mutton curry

Mutton curry


Ingredients
  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 2 blended
  • Onion brown ½ cup grinded
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Oil ½ cup heaped
  • White cumin roasted and grinded 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram 1 tbsp grinded
  • Desiccated coconut roasted and grinded 1 tbsp
  • Peanuts roasted and grinded 1 tbsp
  • Raw Rice grinded 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Method
  • Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and mutton along with blended tomatoes and fry well, add 2 cups water, cover and cook till mutton tender, add in all the roasted and grinded spices, cook for 10 minutes till oil comes on top, lastly add green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp, cook till thick, serve with boiled rice.
