Hara masala mutton
Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Green chilies 4
- Black pepper ¾ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Onion 2 raw chopped
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Green cardamom 4
- Cinnamon 2 inch piece
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- In a blender blend together coriander leaves, green chilies, black pepper, coriander powder and onion to a smooth paste. Heat oil add cinnamon and green cardamom, ginger garlic paste and mutton, fry for 10 minutes, add blended green masala, cover and cook till mutton tender, when mutton tender add yogurt, fry well, add 1 cup water for gravy, cook until done.
