Chicken Satay By Chef Zarnak


Chicken Satay:

Ingredients

Peanuts, roasted 2 oz
Breadcrumbs 2 oz
Chicken breast (strips) 4
Flour 3 oz
Eggs 2
Lemon 1
Oil for frying

Method

Blend peanuts with breadcrumbs in a food processor, take out on a plate.
Sprinkle flour onto a separate plate. Coat chicken strips in flour, dip in egg and roll in peanut crumbs. Fry in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with satay sauce.
