Crispy Chicken Balls
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
- Bread 3 slices soaked in water
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
Method
- Boil chicken with ginger garlic, salt, pepper and Wooster sauce with 1 cup water till tender, remove and shred chicken and mix with the left over thick masala. Mix in the soaked slices of bread, also add 1 egg, mix well, add in 1 egg with coriander leaves and green chilies, make into balls, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in crumbs and fry.
