Chicken Tikka Bihari Masala


Chicken Tikka Bihari Masala:

Ingredients


Chicken Tikka piece 4
Lemon juice ½ cup
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Cumin roasted 2 tsp
Poppy seeds ground 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mustard oil ½ cup
Coal 1 piece


Method


1. Mark cuts on chicken tikka pieces, marinate with ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp raw papaya paste, 2 tsp roasted cumin, 1 tbsp ground poppy seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp chili powder and ½ cup mustard oil.
2. Keep aside for 2 hours.
3. Now put it in a pan and cook for 10 minutes each side.
4. Lastly give dum of coal and serve with chutney.
